Local Knowledge: James was up to date and very familiar with the local schools, business and more importantly the recent sales and prices of the local neighborhood over the past weeks leading up to the sale of our home.

In the end he was right on all accounts. During the remainder of the process clearly communicated what we should anticipate next.

Negotiation Skills: His experience and direction helped us accept an offer that was only 1% below our original asking price, where as without him we were looking to go as low as 4% (tens of thousands of dollars less).
