Where do we begin? Let’s start with wanting to stay in particular city and within a particular neighborhood to ensure we fall within the perimeters of specific schools in which only a handful of houses within our very strict budget go for sale in a 6 month period? How’s that for a challenge? How about house hunting pregnant and with a one-year-old in tow? Not enough? How about placing a few bids to just get blown out of the water by multiple bids and outrageous offers? Need more? Placing a bid and dealing with a Probate Sale. I think you now get the picture.
James, through all of the aforementioned, was patient, persistent and encouraging. We found a diamond in the rough in the perfect location that James was able to show and explain the short term potential the home had with lots of elbow grease and a modest remodeling budget including long term potential the home had for a growing family and investment perspective.
The sellers realtor, when we picked up the keys at the close of the deal, spoke highly of James and told me that he was a major reason the owners and realtors choose our bid and family to sell to.
James professionalism and knowledge should be what the industry’s standard should aspire to. He goes above and beyond to ensure the homes information is accurate as the sellers are stating and has wonderful and professional services he can call upon from loan services to termite services, all of which we used, in order to close on a new home.
We honestly believe that if it were not for James we would have not been able to buy a home with our desired needs in a market with such a high demand. We will forever be grateful.
